Just tell Moore that he will have the best an ever throwing to him. If he gets to where he is supposed to be and catches the football then Rodgers will make him a star. If not he will be in the doghouse fast.

          Chuckie's also got testicles...drafting Hurst.
One time Lombardi was disgusted with the team in practice and told them they were going to have to start with the basics. He held up a ball and said: "This is a football." McGee immediately called out, "Stop, coach, you're going too fast," and that gave everyone a laugh.

Cole Madison - pretty good feet and pass pro. Almost impossible to tell if he can run block!

Remember, the Packers aren't trying to win the Super Bowl this year or any year in the near future. They are simply trying to remain sufficiently mediocre to keep the seats filled and waste the career of yet another HOF QB.
I am not chuffed at BG keeping an eye to the future as Patler puts it.

But the draft pick compensation doesn't guarantee a Pro Bowl QB in the near term anymore than it guarantees a sure fire pass rusher this year. Is there actually going to be a better QB prospect after pick 5 next year than Lamar Jackson this year?

I am in the camp of Harv who said the trade was a good value considering who they wanted with the #1 pick this year. But then to double up at CB with pass rush available seems unwise.

Rodgers status cannot dictate every move, but he should dictate a few.
Bud Adams told me the franchise he admired the most was the Kansas City Chiefs. Then he asked for more hookers and blow.

Gute's hit all the bases except TE and EDGE so....it's Fumagalli Time!

The highs and lows of the draft. I was happy after day 1. Not very happy after day 2. Day 3 has started well.

Well, maybe it's Ade Aruna Time...or Tim Settle. Or Dickson. LOL

Fumagalli or Conklin, then Fitts or Aruna and I'll be good.

I agree. But if you're making a point about Rodger's backup (edit: or successor), pushing a pick to the future makes even more sense, because of acquiring Kizer. If they hadn't traded for K, then they could have been thinking QB THIS year.

I also agree with your previous point about investing in pass rush. They've dropped draft picks and money there. They need someone or two to pan out, obviously. But the back end was a total cluster. Two starting defensive backs doesn't seem that crazy given where they are.
