CBS changed their scouting service this year and they now suck. Used to be good. They have Mason Rudolph as their top QB. Their rankings are off the wall. Athlon has always been the worst.
I had Moore at #15. Not too far behind ESB and Cain. I had a late 3rd/early 4th grade on him.

Ran a 4.48 at his pro day. Claimed he started from the wrong line at the combine resulting in a longer run and a 4.58. Tested well on other skills at combine. Josh Heupel’s offense was not friendly to WRs. He could turn out to be pretty decent. Definitely not a slot receiver.Comment
