            From a clavicle injury? Really?

            Even if it happens to the regular population, I doubt its going to be an issue to someone who can train 24/7/365 for six months.

              But is it off by 3mm thus affecting the muscles around it thus affecting the throwing ability?

                  A separated shoulder is 100 times worse, and even the worst separation has only cosmetic effects after a year.

                  Docs joke that two pieces of a clavicle could be in different parts of the body and it would heal properly - it's a bone that just wants to heal, and heals properly on it's own in most cases. Rodgers' was pretty messed up but they fixed it so he could play again last year. If he's actually uncomfortable, they could remove the hardware (don't know if they already did that), but most people notice no differences.
