I also think you are forgetting his dreadful tackling.

He also debuted an ole pursuit tackle last year that was never explained. It was at the far side of the field so its hard to be sure, but it looked like he just ran by the guy and gave up. Its possible he had no angle. It was baffling.

But he still has some speed and quickness. He's a better football player than any other body at ILB except Martinez. So I still think he might return.

He's rated #3 inside and is 29. Good at coverage and run D. Not an overwhelming talent, but solid all around. The question for the Packers would be does he replace Martinez, or play next to him? Because there aren't many snaps for a 2nd ILB.
