Hard to say regarding TT's mental health at the time red. I also don't think that 2015 was an exceptionally great draft year but this is just another example of when you depend primarily on Draft & Develop to build your team you can't afford several sub-par drafts in a row. Before you know it you're completely devoid of talent and you're fielding a team like the Packers from the past couple of years.Originally posted by red View PostComment

thats a massive failure from a draft and develop team
then you have 2016 where all but 1 of the picks is still on the team. sure they are all on their rookie deals and you don't usually cut guys on their rookie deals unless they really sucks, but 5 of the 6 guys still on the team are decent players that actually contribute (not spriggs, he sucks)Comment
