I've avoided this thread up to now, as the NFC is pretty wide open this year and things have changed considerably just since the start of the season. I don't buy all the respect for New Orleans and San Francisco, but I'm not ready to pick a biggest threat just yet. The Saints do have a really easy schedule, though, so they may have the strongest chance to end up with the best record.

Don't count out the Cowboys and the Rams.
What could be more GOOD and NORMAL and AMERICAN than Packer Football?

Injuries gonna have a say. Philly and Dallas still have a shot too.

The Vikings are looking better and better.

        But da Bears still suck!

New Orleans is the NFC Team to beat.

The Packers need to get on track defensively.

If New Orleans loses Cam Jordan or two of their OL, they’re a different team. Injuries gonna have a say.

            Packers/49ers/Saints
            Healthy Cowboys
            Healthy Eagles

I don’t see much separation between the 5 honestly. Health is gonna be a huge factor. But a bunch of NFC teams have a shot.

Not that worried about the Eagles. But can't have turnovers.

Hard to predict injuries. (Kevin King aside. OK, that joke is old and he's actually played this season.)

I was going off of things right now. SF will have tough games vs. LAR and SEA, but that D is no joke. NO went 5-0 with Teddy playing game manager and a stouter D than I expected. I think they are a step above GB right now but there are a lot of games left and a lot can happen.
I think DAL and PHI are good but flawed. MIN has turned it up but does anyone trust Cousins? Russell Wilson is having a really good year, but that team has its moments as well.

Green Bay is the 2nd or 3rd best team in the NFC. Injuries need to go their way for them to be highly successful. I think were one or 2 blue chip players away from being SB winners next year.

Where’s the weak spot on defense?

                              Alexander/King/Amos/Savage
                              Martinez
                              Z/Clark/mont Adams/Lowry/P

The 11th guy is situational (Goodson/Burks/Tramon/Sullivan/Redmond)

Depending on if they’re matching up against a big TE or a WR or a RB, etc..)

Offensively we have 5 good OL.
                                HOF QB
                                Two good running backs
Three tight ends with different skill sets
                                Adams

A hodgepodge or mix and match receiving talent to mix and match situationally.

                                Crosby, Scott

I think we have a chance this year.
