Expect to see some runs outside? Great. The very thing the Packers seem worst at doing offensively.

They're gonna drop this game, and when they finish 7-9 you'll all be apologizing to me for not believing that this is a rebuilding year and they don't have the horses. The second-year flops of Burks and Josh Jackson are hurting, especially Burks, as had the non-emergence of Rashan Gary, who trails former teammate and third round pick Chase Winovich in sacks, QB hits, tackles, and everything else, and also trails Brian Burns in those categories.

One GB writer thinks that Gary will eventually become an inside rusher only. Well, if that writer is correct, they better send Gary to the weight room this offseason and hope for the best. All I can tell you is the guy was physically supposedly way, way better than his opponents, but he did not produce. And a lot of Rats responded by making excuses - oh, he was double-teamed all the time was one. Is he being double-teamed now? I'd guess no. As far as his developing over time, I don't know enough, really, to know if that's happening, but he looks to me just like he did at Michigan - not much of an impact.
You are looking very very right on Gary, but as a homer I'm still holding a glimmer of hope. 7-9...Hope that is just hyperbole at this point. I said we couldn't fill all the holes in one off season, and that stands, but they put together a solid roster with minimal gaping holes. We got a shot at the owl, but its only about 10%. How they come off the ugly loss will tell us something about the character of this team and coaches. I'm betting GB this week as I think they will play angry.

I was considering betting pack this week too. I went with Mahomes and Hill though.... Titans offense pathetic too. So I feel better with that bet.

Bud Adams told me the franchise he admired the most was the Kansas City Chiefs. Then he asked for more hookers and blow.
