How does it work? Are NFL players required to agree before bthey are drafted? Do they get them all in a room and swear them to secrecy? Does it start in college? How do the administer the training program explaining how to script games so they still look realistic?

That's a whole lot more plausible than the whole thing is scripted including the players. What I saw in the game was the refs swallowing their whistles for both sides and one team using it more to their advantage. That tends to happen in every sport at every level. Conspiracy must be broader than you thought!

What type of nondisclosure agreement are you talking about? One that prevents them from blowing the whistle on fraud? Good luck enforcing that.
