    My OT Thoughts

Good group. I'm not sure Sewell is as flawless as he looked a couple of years ago, but I can't put Slater or Darrisaw over him. Lots of OTs that are athletic enough to fit the Packers scheme. That probably has something to do with only Pro Day test results (no combine). The only guys that I marked down for not meeting testing minimums are Jalen Mayfield and James Hudson.

I like Dillon Radunz for the Packers scheme. Walker Little has major injury concerns, but his tape from late 2018 and the one game he played in 2019 before he tore his ACL is some of the best tape in this draft... probably even better than Teven Jenkins. I wouldn't draft him in round 1, but he could be a steal later in the draft. I'm not as high on another riser, Brady Christianson. Robert Hainsey seems like the typical Packers pick--a college OT that they'd move to OG. I like him as a midround pick for the Packers.

        My Interior OL Thoughts

Another below average group. There's merit that this draft is below average in talent. I wouldn't take an interior OL in the first round--unless they are an elite prospect. Think Quenton Nelson. I don't have a 1st round grade on any interior OL this year. I think Vera-Tucker is a tad overrated. Landon Dickerson would be close without the injury concerns. I'd have him rated higher than Vera-Tucker, if not for the injury concerns.

About half of interior OL don't fit the athletic profile that the Packers like. Not that unusual, so that's probably why the Packers take college OTs and convert them to OG.

I like Ben Cleveland more than the consensus, if you use a power scheme. I like Kendrick Green more than the consensus, if you value movement in your scheme. Josh Myers is a guy I like less than the consensus. His tape from this year is not good.

            My S Thoughts

Pretty good group here. I think Holland is slightly underrated. I think Moehrig is slightly overrated. I have Holland as my #1 safety. They both carry late 1st round grades for me. Holland is the most versatile safety in the class, and I think he'd be a good fit with the Packers. Andre Cisco is really intriguing. He didn't test at the Syracuse Pro Day, but he's probably the most athletic safety in a 6'1" 216 frame. He's the best single high S in this class. Great range on the backend. Not as good at man coverage. He carries himself like an alpha dog and plays with an edge--which I like in a safety. He'll need to be coached up because he plays out of control, but I question the coaching at Syracuse because all three of their DB prospects had disappointing years. Pretty good prospects in the middle rounds of the draft. I'm higher on Tyree Gillepsie than most. Darrick Forrest is my deep sleeper in this group. I like him better than his Cincinnati teammate, James Wiggins. Richard LeCounte and Paris Ford tested so poorly that they are pretty much undraftable for me (ran around 4.8 40s with poor agility numbers)--even with okay tape.

                My CB Thoughts

Pretty good group. I think there will be more CBs drafted in the first three rounds this year than last year. There's a lot of size to this year's group. Teams that need an outside CB should be able to get one. Measurables are better too, but you can probably attribute that Pro Day test results. Read an article where you can add about 0.12 seconds to most prospect's 40 time--and it would be more accurate than the Pro Day times. There are a few places (e.g. North Carolina) where the times seem more accurate, but they are few and far between.

Farley would go top 10 without the back issues. I read that there's an 80% chance that he won't continue to have problems with his back, but I don't know where you put him--knowing that he has a 20% chance of being out of football relatively soon. There's a really solid group of 2nd round outside CBs. Marco Wilson is one guy that I'm higher on than most. I also like a couple of slot CBs--Tre Brown and Thomas Graham--more than most, but they probably don't meet the Packers height requirement. I'm kind of iffy on Ifeatu Melifonwu. He's very scheme (zone) dependent. Shaun Wade (who was pretty much terrible last year) and Shakur Brown (whose measurables make him undraftable for me) are couple of other guys I'm not high on.

It bugs me that I'm not going getting to DL, EDGE, or LB this year.

Players that I'd "bang the table" for--regardless of round. These are guys that I've fallen in love with during draft prep.

                      RB Javonte Williams
WR Rashod Bateman, Dyami Brown, D'Wayne Eskridge
                      TE Tommy Tremble
OT Dillon Radunz, Walker Little, Robert Hainsey
                      IOL Trey Smith, Quinn Meinerz
                      DL Christian Barmore, Bobby Brown
                      EDGE Payton Turner
LB Jamin Davis, Jabril Cox, Pete Werner
                      CB Aaron Robinson, Marco Wilson
S Jevon Holland, Andre Cisco, Tyree Gillepsie

As I was researching players for the draft contest, which I'll strike out at, I realized...there are really a LOT of solid OG/OT prospects that should be available in round 4/5. Hoping we wait on that position unless a stud falls to us (which is unlikely.

The WR level 2 guys were disappointing as compared to last year. Not much at DL after Barmore so almost gotta take him if he falls to you. I still like Collins but a good ILG will be there in round two

Bateman might be my guy; of course I'm prettty much eliminating the possibility by wanting him )

Daniel Jeremiah is mocking my guy, Radunz, to the Pack

Packers get OT Dillon Radunz in Daniel Jeremiah's final mock draft

I listened to a PFF podcast tonight. They interviewed Radunz, and he said he patterns his game after Bakh the most.

Jeremiah has Jenkins (24), JOK (19), Newsome (20) and Collins (16) gone before 29. He does not have Bateman, Toney, Moehrig, Barmore or Cosmi going in the 1st round. That would be an interesting situation for Gute.
