  • Where's all the nervous Nellies????????

I didn't post anything this week because I was confident they could win, but didn't want to hear it if they lost. That was before I knew Jenkins was out. BIIIIIG game by the oline. Very nice job of Rodgers getting the ball out quick.

    • This win makes up for the loss to Saints. 2-1 with road games against Saints and 49ers looks very good.

      • I honestly agree. Even as a win, this was not fun or entertaining to watch. It was garbage.

I’ll try again tomorrow and watch something with some integrity, like the olympics replays.

Officiating still sucked, but we overcame it with a victory against a tough team on the road with our two best OL out.
            Fuck yeah, HARV!

            • Aside from the refs which evened out in the end. The worst calls on one drive ended in a turnover.

Aside from that, there were some great plays on both sides in this game. Both teams came to play. Both were missing some key pieces to injury.

But the oline and the dline did their jobs. Packers shut down the run game two weeks in a row now (aside from Goff).

This D has potential to be really solid if guys get healthy. They had some good pressure in this game. The secondary was pretty solid against one of the best receiving corps they play this year, maybe the best overall. San Fran has a lot of weapons.

Huge win against one of the best coaches and teams they face this year.

                • Wow, what an ending. Rodgers with the fuck it I’ll throw picks all day type toss to Adams on first down lol but it certainly worked. Great win, lots of room for improvement. This defense stinks. Stokes is going to be a very good #2

This is one of the two best offenses they play all year. Jaire got beat a couple of times. Most I've seen him beat in two years. San Fran is for real.

Hardly. Him and Preston Smith played solidly. Provided pressure and were studs against the 49ers outside zone.

MFL evens his record against Shanahan to 2-2, right? Has to feel good. Give MLF credit. ARod said MLF drew up the first play on the last drive in practice this week.

Remember a 'few' years back, he had a slump, some folks were calling to replace him.

Patler, really miss him, btw, was all: "You dumb mutha' fucka's been smokin' too much of that crack rock, yo'." IIRC that was a direct quote.

As was his wont, he was correct.
