Yes, Love has looked reasonably good for a noob. To expect him to play like Rodgers, which some of you seem to expect, is illogical.
Is a noob what the expectation was ?TERD Buckley over Troy Vincent, Robert Ferguson over Chris Chambers, Kevn King instead of TJ Watt, and now, RICH GANNON, over JIMMY JIMMY JIMMY LEONARD. Thank you FLOWER

I don't think KC blitzed as much with the 13 point leadTERD Buckley over Troy Vincent, Robert Ferguson over Chris Chambers, Kevn King instead of TJ Watt, and now, RICH GANNON, over JIMMY JIMMY JIMMY LEONARD. Thank you FLOWER

I would have liked more, but I didn't expect it. He got somewhat better as the 2nd half progressed.Originally posted by Bretsky View PostIs a noob what the expectation was ?
They were 7 point favorites and we lost by 6. I expect his next start to be better.
Is he the answer for next year? Based on just this game...no. For him, he hopes the Packers allow his development.

Those fg’s… smh.
Was closer than it appeared due to the defense. Oh wellThe measure of who we are is what we do with what we have.

This was about the best we could have hoped for. The D held 'em to 13 points. We would have won the game by a couple of TDs with Rodgers. We can afford a loss at this point.
Love was good enough that we should be able to get something for him in trade, and he was bad enough that it should solidify keeping Rodgers long long term.
Hopefully his "next start" is for some other team - or 5-10 years from now for the Packers hahahaha. What could be more GOOD and NORMAL and AMERICAN than Packer Football?

I don’t know, I think it’s still a holding pattern on which way to go. Love was just good enough that maybe you move on. I’d like to see Love in one more game.Originally posted by texaspackerbacker View PostThis was about the best we could have hoped for. The D held 'em to 13 points.
