I have that too!! But seriously I can cheer for A-Ron in the AFC. I can hope he does well because he gave me a lot to cheer for over the years. I just won't cheer for him when it comes down to his team doing better than the Packers. That doesn't make me less a Packer fan, it makes me human. This isn't a pretend game, where the "pawns" are just pieces. Its real people and I try to always remember that. So until A-Ron takes a few cheap head shots at Love I won't be hating on him.

No real Packer fan roots for en ex-player.Originally posted by MadScientist View PostI root for the Packers and therefore against anyone who lines up against them. Can't think of any player who would change that.
Thats what I have about this site. Too many pretend Packer fans.

Me too. All but a couple Steeler games in a season, though, don't have any effect on the Packers one way or the other. Hence, nice to see Rodgers, T J Watts, etc. do ok in those meaningless for us games. Virtually every Viking game, we need them to lose from a Packer point of view, not to even mention playing them twice a year.

It would be an all the time thing if he went to the God damned Vikings.

I won't be mad at him like I was Brent. He wouldn't be going there for revenge, he'll be going there because they are one of a few teams who thinks they are a veteran game manager away.Originally posted by Joemailman View PostA lot of talk starting up that Rodgers could be the next Viking QB.

Aaron Jones is the backup, which is wild. He'll be cut next year based on his contract structure. Wild. Things change quickly. He's an all-timer. Second best RB in GB I can recall behind AG.

How’s everything working out for ole 33? Lends to the whole nice guys finish last (in the North) saying.Originally posted by NewsBruin View PostThat's why I wasn't surprised we kept Aaron Jones when we re-signed Aaron Rodgers. Number 12 has the talent, but 33 was the guy you want when someone has a drop or whiff while you're down 9 points.

In the 4th AaRon returned to his old ways of singling teammates out. Sure looks like he got thrown off his game when he couldn’t get rid of it and was getting stalked by Parsons.

Make the thread and I will add that crazy question.Originally posted by texaspackerbacker View PostI wish I knew how to do a poll or that somebody would do this one: Not that it would ever happen, but if Pittsburgh offered a trade of 3 Number 1 draft picks plus Aaron Rodgers for Jordan Love, would you take the offer?
I have as high an opinion of Love as anybody, but for sure I would take that offer.

Just ask the plethora of teams in the NFL that have used way more than a few first round draft picks on QB's trying to endlessly find "the one." When you have one, you don't give him up for picks to go hunting for another one.Originally posted by texaspackerbacker View PostI wish I knew how to do a poll or that somebody would do this one: Not that it would ever happen, but if Pittsburgh offered a trade of 3 Number 1 draft picks plus Aaron Rodgers for Jordan Love, would you take the offer?
