Parsons?

I've read/heard that the Packers offered two #1s, a #2, and a "talented defensive player" for Parsons. And of course, Parsons would get ridiculously big money. Is this a good idea - if in fact it is true at all, not fake news?

My first take on this is that if Jerry Jones doesn't think Parsons is worth that much, then the Packers should back off such a deal. Parsons is good, for sure, but THAT good? I sorta doubt it.

If we could get him cheaper, though, then maybe.

I think the Packers have inquired about Parsons, but I highly doubt they offered that package. It's possible that someone from Dalas leaked that as what they are asking. That is what teams trade up to get a franchise QB, not a LB.

I wouldn't. That's way too much for one defensive player, unless he guarantees a SB win. That much draft capital is a mortgage the future for right now move, and the Packers have too many question marks for a move like this.

Punks like Bobble think the Packers would be jeopardizing the future by forgoing the rights to draft a bunch of Savages, Walkers, Wyatts, Miller/Mitchell/McNabb/McCoy/Morgans. Them bums ain’t anything special.
