These are the kinda things the great Woody thought of when he suggested The Meadow.

Remember when he wanted to take you there RR?

Now that I think about it he might have called me over too!

Considering his contract, could we get a first round pick for Love? After Willis demonstrated again that he looks like the guy with 7 years experience in this offense, I’m thinking not, but maybe he just needs a new offense. One that doesn’t require thinking or athleticism or a will to win? At least we finally found a guy in Tune that can run our offense worse than our golden boy.

We had one of those guys before. His name was Clifford. Keep moving the goalposts. The actual truth is we have 2 legit NFL QBs on our roster.....neither one is named Clifford.

You are as good at guessing as you are at assessing QB play. I'm guessing you are a stay at home mom.

Now I’m guessing you’re a sexist and a genderphobe. Well, not guessing, but it followed. Also, if you could stay on topic, it would be appreciated, Bub.

Sorry. Thought the topic was our respective jobs. At least that was your last post. I was following your lead. Keep trying. Failure builds character.

edit: You might want to pick a fight with Tex or APB.....more your speed.

hahahaha Nope. The enemy of my enemy isn't necessarily my friend.

He's more wrong than you, bobblehead, but that's a pretty low bar.
What could be more GOOD and NORMAL and AMERICAN than Packer Football?

I think Love is a good QB. Sometimes really good. But I am intrigued by what Willis has done in limited action. I know it's fiscally impossible to trade Love, but if they could, I'd be mightily tempted to do it and roll with Willis. You would, though, also have to find a backup QB who plays a similar style - who can use his legs - as you'd want to build your offense in part around that aspect of his game, and you wouldn't want to swap out the entire offense if the backup had to come in. I wonder, if the sal cap was not in the way, would the Packers do it? It's a roll of the dice, but you'd get your two first-round picks back and have a better chance to surround Willis with better talent. And if you use some of those picks to solidify the defense, then Willis wouldn't have to carry the team. But again, it can't happen, due to the salary cap implications. Fun to wonder about. If you could get Guter and The Flower drunk and get them to reveal what they really think . . .

They could make it work. They won't.
