But Rodgers leads the league in frumpy expressions and negative body language on the sideline, which makes him, like Josh Allen, a unique double threat.

No worries, I made up for you, maybe a bit more if anyone is keeping score…

Was too excited to watch the D line play so I don't know how the new pieces worked. Saw a coupe of more resets of D lineman by linebackers and a but more Brooks. Riley definitely played.

Lot of the Bears running plays that broke were off tackle where motion by a TE in the opposite direction took a box defender with him. Not sure how much the Packers see two TE sets but that might need some work.

Parsons does need to keep Williams in the pocket more and not just loop around.

But overall I can't fault their effort.

Offense Love looked very dialed in and had one bad read/throw on the INT and one bad pocket move where he retreated again and fled into a big sack. Overall he has gotten better at this as the season has progressed. And he is just unafraid to let it go deep. He also seems to be making decisions about when to NOT do that. His throwing away decisions also seem better. He can be a little late with checkdowns at time.

Banks had a penalty but looked solid. Rhyan must be playing OK as I don't notice him. Did not see Belton give up free runnings on pass pro but there was one free runner I couldn't determine what gap he went through. Pass blocking and the QB are passing in the pocket much better now. Probably helps that the fourth option is Golden and the fifth is Melton.

Packers chipping needs some work as the chippers work too well but spring the rusher too far away from the tackle after they head to their route.
Bud Adams told me the franchise he admired the most was the Kansas City Chiefs. Then he asked for more hookers and blow.

Anyone think the refs made a few bad calls?

The Musgrave overturn - how was that indisputable?

The ‘catch, fumble recovered by Bears’ that required a challenge. Did any of the officials say that the ball touched the ground?? Otherwise that was at least an interception.

2nd half felt a lot like the Cowboys game. I think the defense is great - but LaFleur will need to manage the games and understand that a taxed defense can get waxed.

One thing Packers will have to focus on in 2 weeks is not let Williams roll out to right. Keep him in the pocket or make him go left.

Super fun game for sure. Feels like this Packers team is close, but not yet what they are meant to be. I think they will figure it out over the next few weeks.

Couple things. One, on that play with the free runner - Belton went inside to double-team with Rhyan, leaving the gap open for the free rusher.

I noticed too that the chippers were so good they pushed the defensive players too far away for the tackle to follow up. Maybe have Musgrave do the chipping, as he certainly won't chip that well.

On that last play, notice what you said about a defender following the motion, but Quay was not fooled. He and Cooper made that play because of their speed - Williams wasn't going to be able to outrun them to the sticks.

They do have to work out what that interior defense is going to look like. Brooks/Wooden aren't going to get it done without lots of help, whether that's Brinson and Riley or Bohanna. A work in progress.

I thought Johnson found his offense's magic formula in the second half - pound the ball inside or off tackle, roll Williams out.

Packers do need to get back to that "contained rush" thing they were doing last year against mobile QB's.
