    I am a worry wart.
Coming off a big win, we now have to travel and play at altitude. Sounds silly but is real. Yes I realize the players are professional athletes but the fact of the matter is the conditions are way different. Second half they will be sucking air.
    Then back to sea level.
    Big, big next two games.

Totally get what you're saying. The altitude does make a big difference - the Denver players live in that; their bodies are used to it.

Also, this gonna be a huge, huge test for the Packers' offensive line. As we all know, they've struggled with interior pressure this season, and the Broncos have a ridiculous number of sacks. They've got more sacks than a barracks full of US Marines.

Big, big stress test for the whole group, but especially Sean Rhyan, calling protections and spotting blitzes, and the rookie Belton, who has struggled with pass pro.

So does LeFleur go all conservative to try to protect Love? It'll be interesting to see the game plan. And if the Broncos destroy the Packers' O-line, will that become a blueprint for other teams?

Lots at play here. Fun part of the year.

I don't want to go all Nelly negative, but I see a Packer loss here. Altitude, too much Bronco defense, Packers coming off an emotional win with another divisional game the following week.

      But we'll see.

Tough game, but Broncos, while winning, have not been overwhelming. The onus will be on the Packers defense. They likely need to keep this score under 20. They will need to tackle well. Last week Broncos controlled the ball for 39 minutes both with running and short passes.

I'm betting the under first half.

Facing a really good AFC team in their stadium sandwiched between games with our longest most bitter rival for NFC dominance. What could possibly go wrong or distract this team from the game at hand?? I might bet the Broncos. I feel dirty saying it.

It seems like the Packers have traditionally underperformed against the AFC West, Denver especially. Most of that is long ago and irrelevant, though. Browsing through the Broncos record and games, it reminded me a lot of the Bears. They have a helluva lot of very close wins, many against pretty weak teams. They're at home, and the altitude thing, etc., but I think the Packers will win. It will maybe help having a QB who did some throwing in college in that Rocky Mountain high.

As for getting worn out late in the game, ball control by the opponents makes that happen. Denver's best RB is on IR, and the two they are using now are both 5'8" and about 200 pounds. And Nix has thrown 9 interceptions and been sacked fairly often, 16 times, I think. It shouldn't be like the power running of the Bears. Thus, I think the Packers will be ok in that aspect also.

I'm a lot less worried after digging a little bit into the Denver record, stats, and personnel.

Areas shaded in pink, including Hawaii will get Green Bay at Denver. Jim Nantz and Tony Romo with the call.
Areas shaded in purple, including Alaska will get Indianapolis at Seattle. Andrew Catalon, Charles Davis and Jason McCourty with the call.

                        @RealDYates

Josh Jacobs (knee) is the lone player not practicing for the #Packers. He was off to the side doing rehab while the other RBs were doing drills.

Lukas Van Ness (foot), Savion Williams (foot) and Kristian Welch (concussion) are back.

That tells me A LOT about what the smart people think of the Packers right now. Any sports better can tell you what a tough spot this is for the packers. Honestly I expected to be +3.5

As I said, the Broncos, much like the Bears, may be overrated. Most of their wins, even against weaker teams, have been close. Also, they're not particularly strong at the "skilled positions" on offense. Of course, the Packers have their weaknesses too - defense against ball control i.e. getting off the field. However we survived the Bears running game and a couple of good TEs, and Denver seems to be weaker in both areas. Is Nix better than Caleb Williams? Maybe, but I doubt it. We oughta beat this team with less difficulty than we beat the Bears.
