Yeah, fun to root for the GOAT again.
What could be more GOOD and NORMAL and AMERICAN than Packer Football?

I'm wondering what the Eagles coaching staff was thinking, not playing Hurts and some other regulars. They blew their chance to finish ahead of the Bears and play the Packers instead of the Niners. Could they seriously have been afraid of the Packers?

        Ravens missed FG was historic.

The only missed field goal attempt in NFL history (out of over 60,000) to occur as time expired in the final week, with both teams' playoff hopes on the line.

No, but they thought the rest was more important than the opponent.

That kick had a fade like the worst golfer you can imagine.
Bud Adams told me the franchise he admired the most was the Kansas City Chiefs. Then he asked for more hookers and blow.

I wish a fade was the worst part of my golf game.

I am highly interested in the Iggles' choice to rest starters against a very beatable opponent - essentially choosing to travel to the west coast to play a tough tough opponent rather than play the starters to try to procure a home game (and maybe more than one) against a weaker opponent.

That's some interesting calculus. I know they rested their starters last year and it worked out just fine, since they won the SB, but it's still a little eyebrow-raising that they'd rather give the starters a rest knowing that meant they'd likely end up traveling to the west coast against a tough team as opposed to playing them in order to get one or two (or possibly three) home games in the playoffs. And the first one against a team that has lost its last four games. Really interesting choice.

Yeah, that absolutely baffled me, too. In my eyes, that move was indefensible. It's not like the Bears were playing the Titans and had no shot a losing. If GB was in that position, I'd have been pissed. The Eagles could've been home at least until the NFCCG, and with a little luck/upset, could've hosted til the SB.

The right hand rule rears it's ugly head.
