The Hokies couldn't make stops, ranking 106th out of 136 in opponent scoring (30.2 points per game) and 96th in yards per play allowed (5.9). That kind of proves he wants the job of DC. Your saying I don't know if he wants it in the state he grew up in with his family living. I don't know that for 100% certain, but I would have waited 24 hours and offered him the job without an interview. Just my 2 cents. I think he would have taken it.

Edit: And to be honest I think we got crossed on him wanting the Badger HC job, the packers DC job back when and again now. But I still think he would have taken it now.
