I figured this topic didn't merit a thread of it's own, so I'll post it here. I see they played a flag football "Pro Bowl" last night. Do they not even play the real thing Pro Bowl anymore? Or did they already play it , and I missed it? Or is it back to being after the Super Bowl?

Goodell wanted to make it more competitive (he committed to it publicly) but after he got into it and talked to teams, players and coaches, he dismantled it

Would have been better to not get involved Roger.

Or course, its just programming for ESPN now.
Bud Adams told me the franchise he admired the most was the Kansas City Chiefs. Then he asked for more hookers and blow.

I'm okay with what Goodell did. I had stopped watching the Pro Bowl because it was turning into flag football. Might as well just play real flag football. Not that I'm watching.

Nothing wrong with full scrimmage flag football. Better than Micah Parsons on a scooter.

John Schneiver is just an elite GM. Too bad the timing never worked for Green Bay to hire him.

When he went to Seattle he had an out clause if the GB job opened right in his contract.
But when he got extended, he got some serious $$$ and it was removed.

                      and DID YOU KNOW ????

John Schneider was one of the 4 finalist for the job Carmen Policy got ????
TERD Buckley over Troy Vincent, Robert Ferguson over Chris Chambers, Kevn King instead of TJ Watt, and now, RICH GANNON, over JIMMY JIMMY JIMMY LEONARD. Thank you FLOWER

If Schneider was in play and the didn't give it to him they are idiots. He has proven himself much more than family legacy Policy ever did.

I don't recall if he was in the running when Ted was chosen. I don't think so but I'm not sure.

It's too bad they couldn't have lured him back from Seattle when Ted started going downhill, but I think by then it was too late and Schneider was entrenched in Seattle.
