      Regarding Gary, of course he wasn't a bust. But if his whole career was like it was most of last season, he would have been a bust. And the most inexplicable thing is that when Parsons arrived, and Gary got less attention by the offenses, his performance went down, not up. I say again, he shoulda been a 4-3 DE.
      What could be more GOOD and NORMAL and AMERICAN than Packer Football?

        He had seven and one half sacks in the first 7 games with Parsons.
        Bud Adams told me the franchise he admired the most was the Kansas City Chiefs. Then he asked for more hookers and blow.

          He also was a 4-3 DE for the last 2 years under Hafley.
          But Rodgers leads the league in frumpy expressions and negative body language on the sideline, which makes him, like Josh Allen, a unique double threat.

            You're saying Gary played 4-3 DE most downs? Hafley may have been called a 4-3, it certainly seemed like they used a nose tackle/a three man line most of the time, with Gary on the opposite edge from Parsons, or even a two man D-Line with two Edge Rushers. Was Parsons a DE too in the Hafley scheme? I'd say no, and ditto that for Gary. I guess I shoulda said Gary should have been a TRUE 4-3 DE rather than primarily an Edge Rusher.

              I typed that before they traded all of their offensive talent. Bet malik is wishing he could have a do over and sign with Pittsburg like I told him to. I do think they have a better GM than we do though, and they could surprise us....although I don't think their HC is anything special.
