he got the team in position to try a field goal that no other packer in history has ever made. i wouldn't call that a win, or say thats what he wanted
In a game in Miami...and with Rayner's leg strength...55 yards is certainly within his range.
Just because we typically play in weather that makes 40 yarders impossible doesn't mean a 55 yarder here is something that we wouldn't be fine with accepting.
If M3 would've been told after the Miami FG that he could successfully get the chance at a 55 yarder with 4 seconds left...I think he would've gladly have taken it and not tried for more.
Nick Barnett has the WORST celebration. There is no such thing as a black ninja ( I am not racist at all just kidding! )
it's actually a Samuari thing...his family is traced back to the Japanese time of the Samuari, so he celebrates his family by doing the bow. I kind of like it...he can get rid of the sword thing, but i like the bow.
"I would love to have a guy that always gets the key hit, a pitcher that always makes his best pitch and a manager that can always make the right decision. The problem is getting him to put down his beer and come out of the stands and do those things." - Danny Murraugh
These refs are quick on the whistle. That was a near fumble and could have been reviewed and maybe overturned. Not sure if it's indisputable - especially with the F U Refs.
The measure of who we are is what we do with what we have.

Our RB's are just hitting the hole too fast. If Morency had been patient, Tauscher would have ran his guy down the line, and there was a hole backside for him to go through. We just have no patients.
