I just think the tier is from 1-7 and then 8 - 12. After that the 3rd tier is maybe 13 to 24.

So, I think we go up into 8-12, or we go as low as 24.

That #11 pick is probably the easiest one of those four. Texans might go Hall too or be tempted to trade up for AP
