The question will be how high a ceiling does Jones have? Some of those other guys have potential to explode later in their career...like Walker did once he got his footing in the league...because of their size and speed advantage over most DBs. Jones doesn't really have the height or speed to be an elite WR in the league IMO. He certainly can be a very solid possession receiver...but he doesn't seem to be someone who will light up the scoreboard. People compare him to Sharpe...but Sharpe had sneaky speed that I haven't seen from Jones.

I may be wrong...I didn't think he would be ready to contribute this year, and I was wrong on that.

There were actual Packer fans who did not like the drafting of Jones!!
They said Ted was just getting no name nobodys.

I liked the selction and knew he would be good for the WCO and Brett Favre.

Brett has confidence in Jones. Brett does throw the ball around though which may diminish Jones numbers.

Think what Jackson's numbers could have been without the drops.

Guess what? Once you make it into the league your forty time doesn't mean shit. Jones has the ability to catch the ball in close quarters, he has a 46 yard catch that was probably the best catch of the season so far. Jones will learn to seperate but I like the fact that he doesn't need to, he makes the catches with guys all over him.

Calvin Johnson looks good and Bowe is kind of a surprise as is Jones. Remember when Jones couldn't catch a cold early on? I mean the guy couldn't catch anything. Then all of a sudden it's game time and he looks like a veteran out there. Right now he is ahead of Jennings in my book.

                What?

I know this is a little off topic, but I sure as hell hope that Brett does his best to get DD that next touchdown pass. He really wants it. It would be special to him. So, I hope they run a great play to allow this to happen. That would be great.
