YOu guys are taking the safety play too far. The pass rush was non existant. If you give a good QB that much time, he'll pick apart a zone. Romo has weapons too.

Too many wide open guys running around though. It wasn't just that Romo had time...he had 3 and 4 targets to throw to. Hell, he probably had to use some of that time to figure out which of the multiple open receivers was the best one to throw to.

A few times we did get a decent rush...and there were still guys running uncovered all over the place.

Next time we face Dallas, do we just put Bush on Owens man-to-man...and tell him to beat the crap out of him at the LOS while giving him another player in help over the top? Bush is a liability in coverage anyway, but with over the top help he should be able to cover Owens in the first 10 yards. Maybe he can at least succeed in harrassing Owens...and that will let Woodson and Harris shut down the other receivers.

Driving home tonight listening to the game, the Cowboys announcers said they tried to trade for Bush when Green bay picked him up. Maybe we should have made that trade.

Witten also had way too many yards after the catch tonight. Our S's and LB's couldn't bring him down.

In 7 of his previous 11 games, Witten had at least 67 receiving yards.

Witten had 66 receiving yards and 0 TDs in this game. We did better than average against Witten. He's good. He wasn't the difference maker, at all.

Collins is an average player at best. I hope that Rouse can upgrade the position. I wouldn't evaluate Collins too harshly tonight, though, he probably came back a week early due to circumstances.

My evaluation of Collins is from the first game he played, up till now. He is a liability if an offense decides to go after him.

Your Hawk-bashing is pathetic. Hawk played extremely well last night...one of the few bright spots on defense.

LB should chuck the TE in his zone and release him to a safety. Problem is we have not had a saftey that can cover worth a damn since Butler. No way can you expect a LB to run with some of the WR type TE's. Let's not even talk about Hawk on TO, hell I was just happy he recognized that coverage was blown and SOMEONE had to cover him.
