The critical point to this story is that it's so routine. Thousands of teenage Japanese and other ethnic minorities are killed every year for ringing the wrong doorbell. It's almost as bad as the 1870's when the Union troops left the south. Remember folks, these are not isolated incidents, and they should be trumpeted as 'the norm' in America.Originally posted by Tyrone BiggunsThere was a man in Baton rouge who killed a teen at his door because he felt threatened. Remember the case. the teen was just mistaken and RANG THE FUCKING DOORBELL..and what a surprise..he was a minority...JAPANESE.
The man was acquitted. But, i'm sure that is fine with you."Never, never ever support a punk like mraynrand. Rather be as I am and feel real sympathy for his sickness." - Woodbuck

Exactly. The wonderful thing about Halloween is that the kids coming onto the porch think that all the other dead kids on your porch are just festive decorations. You can shoot whole bunches of em. Yee ha!!! Or, if you're really just still pissed off about Pearl Harbor, you can give candy to the white kids, and save your ammo for the Japanese.

I'm a little curious as to the point you are trying to make to me..you are basically echoing the sentiments I have been soapboxing in every one of my posts in this string.Originally posted by MJZiggy27, I'm sure that armed with a gun, even a startled housewife can look and see that it was a couple of kids who walked into the room.

Ok, now that sounds very similar to the Reno 911 Hallwoeen epsiode..Asian kids stealing crap from in front of the undersexed female cops' trailer, so she lay in wait for them with the gun.Originally posted by Scott CampbellExactly. Ah, now resorting to this type of attack. expected more from you.Originally posted by Scott CampbellOriginally posted by Tyrone BiggunsPray tell..why do you think she was frightened.
I don't think she's was frightened - I imagine she got tired of your bullshit, just like everybody else.
Of course I'm just speculating.
"He was coming real fast, and it just clicked in my mind that he was going to hurt us. I slammed the door and locked it. I took two steps into the living room, where Rod could see me and I could see him. I told him to get the gun."
Yep, 130 pound japanese kid..in a white tuxedo..in costume as travolta from Saturday Night Fever. Well, i can see it...that is extremely terrifying.
Let's review the testimony.
Moreau (DA): "It started with the ringing of the doorbell. No masks, no disguises. People ringing doorbells are not attempting to make unlawful entry. They didn't walk to the back yard, they didn't start peeking in the windows."
"You were safe and secure, weren't you?" Moreau asked Peairs during his appearance before the grand jury. "But you didn't call the police, did you?"
"No sir." Peairs said.
"Did you hear anyone trying to break in the front door?"
"No sir."
"Did you hear anyone trying to break in the carport door?"
"No sir."
"And you were standing right there at the door, weren't you - with a big gun?"
Peairs nodded.
"I know you're sorry you killed him. You are sorry, aren't you?"
"Yes sir."
"But you did kill him, didn't you?"
"Yes sir."
jurors deliberated for three and a quarter hours, Peairs was acquitted...under the LA "kill the burglar" statute.
Let's hear how this is just fine. It was legal. He was acquitted. Please argue on Mr. Peairs' behalf.

The critical point..which is so blindingly obvious to everyone but you...is that mr. peairs was ACQUITTED.
Six two, 200 plus pound man and a 130 pound japanese kid who did nothing more than ring a doorbell.

I see...my divorce was germane to this subject?Originally posted by Scott CampbellOriginally posted by Tyrone BiggunsPretty much a tacit admission that you are wrong when you resort to this type of behavior.
Why don't you save that weak shit for your iPhone arguments with Partial. You damn well deserve every punking you've ever gotten.
Must have missed it.
Stay classy, Scott.
