I look forward to Tank's response
That is easy. Liberals are winners.

Just ask George Clooney, Bill Gates, Bill Clinton, Al Gore (Gore was robbed in the 00 election) and Angelina Jolie (won Brad Pitt from Jennifer Aniston).

Moss, Huff and Reed all smoke weed, so they are liberals. Walker is a liberal for shedding away from the statue quo.

You're not though. You work for the man. You're a business major going to school at one of those great schools in the nations capital. If thats not selling out then I don't know what is. An extreme liberal would be preaching for equal division of wealth and more tax dollars for inner city programs.

Just because you smoke weed and pretend to care about other people does not make you an extreme liberal. I know many conservative pot heads.

              Hehe...

You CAN be social liberal (to a degree) AND fiscally conservative - i.e., a Libertarian.

You know nothing about me. I am an economics major not business adminstration, and I seek to build an utopia. Isnt Utopia about "preaching for equal division of wealth and more tax dollars for inner city programs?"

The economy is the most important aspact of every capitalist society and if we can get the most out of it, such socitety will be better off.

but capitalism in general follows the views of our conservative forefathers, not of those of marx, ginsberg, weber etc.

personalize, you sound a lot like myself in what you post politically. I think you've got libertarian tattoed all over you.

There isnt much difference between being a libertarian and a liberal. Both are related. The main difference between both is that liberalism take into consideration the masses (such as society as a whole), whereas libertarianism only the individuals.

libertarians are closer to being republicans than liberals.

Yes because libertarians favor the individual over the masses. As a seeker of a utopia, I favor the masses over the individual. That is why I am a liberal. I didnt support Amensty Internation or Make Trade Fair because Im a republican.
