Trolling thru the thread and noticed this post. Shocktop had a Pumpkin Spiced Belgian style ale. Bought a 12pk at local groc. store when I saw they were clearancing it out at $5/12 pk. A little pumpkin, nice hint of clove, but overall very tasty.Originally posted by 3irty1 View Post-digital dean

Tried a couple new beers today. One of them was a seasonal Blue Moon variety, Winter Abbey Ale. Nice kind of slight caramel taste to it, has "Belgian sugar" in it. Overall, pretty decent.-digital dean

Did you hear the one about Ovila Abbey Beer made by the Sierra Nevada Brewing Company.
This is a Belgian Monk style with the same way as the real deal.
This one is made so the monks can live in their Randolph Heast 16th century chucrch he purchased when shopping in Europe back in the day.
Willing to bet it is not for sale in Okalhoma.Comment

The Ovila stuff is OK...nothing mind blowing. Sooner...check ratebeer or the beer advocate website for local beer info and availability. Generally some good input from the populace.C.H.U.D.Comment
