That is a long way to commute to MIAD. The apartments around MIAD are nice and safe but $$$. I would recommend living in bayview. The main street (KK) is getting built up nicely and it's pretty safe. Maybe a 5 min drive to MIAD. Of course, then there's parking.

LOL, almost 5 years later and she's still alive. Lives across the street from Tina's Food Market about two blocks from Brady St.
And along with that BFA degree comes a food service job. Stop in and say "hi" if you're in the 'hood.....
