I think Harlan left because he felt everything was too censored. i.e. Jock sniffer. He did go a little over the top from time to time, but I found him the funniest guy on the forum.

I don't think that was it. HH has a much thicker skin than that. I think he left for the exact reason he said he was leaving. He also said on his way out the door that he had no bad feelings. If you want to know for sure, you can ask him as he posted his own name and e-mail in that message as well. Come to think of it...

Nutz, I am not taking a break, I am going to not post here anymore. And the real reason is I am changing priorities in my life. This forum is too addictive for me to dabble in.

I am not mad at Madtown or anybody else. Mad treated me crappy because he is kind of an idiot. So what. We'll be friends again and chat occasionally in IM, despite his macho statements to contrary now.

I am lurking in here because I don't want to leave with bad feelings, so many great memories of characters here. Your statement about me wanting to sour the forum, uhh, sorry you have this impression. I am rebellious, and speak-up to authority. And there's the pitch black sense of humor.

This reminds me about the time on JSO that I locked myself out of my account. I was trying to put javascript in my sig, and it ended up not allowing anyone using IE to see the rest of the thread after I posted. And it messed up the account options page too, so I couldn't change it.

Me and him exchanged a few emails, and I know he got a laugh out of my stupidity.

Then Michele said that it was fine using Firefox. So I switched to Firefox, corrected the problem, and I've loved Firefox ever since.

And damn, I need to start spamming or something so I can get more posts and then get into the damn Garbage Can. Is the AP thread going in there?

Seriously, I think Tank and to a greater degree Harlan added to this forum in ways that are missed. I hope we haven't seen the last of either.

These two threads are pretty funny. I always thought Mazzin was tank - she just liked the guy way too much. Too bad about Harlan, but I know where he's coming from - I waste way too much time checking into this forum.


I think I was one of the few people who didn't think there was anything wrong with multiple accounts. The whole thing is for fun, right? Just so long as each account behaves itself, what's the harm?

I thought the reason for this forum was justified - the JSO didn't give a flying #uck about their forum - wouldn't police it, and there were some nasty people (just one - LJ?) who deliberately disrupted the forum. Still, given all that, what's wrong with more accounts? Oh, and BTW, I guess my Tankdar must be faulty as I never figured out Tank's alter egos on this forum - other than Mazzin (LOL).
