But the comparisons keep going on Mobb, and you are every bit as responsible for that as others. Just stop already. We have heard the same story over and over and over again. It's getting sickening. You don't see me starting threads after Rodgers has a good game saying "Look, see, TT made the right decision! Rodgers is going to be the next great QB in the history of the Packers!" I don't want to make those comparisons, because I understand the difference between the two. Everybody here does. So just shut up about it already. It's not about me taking it personally, it's about having to read it every time Brett has a good game or the Jets win.

The negative comparisons need to end. If you are going to continue to slight the Green Bay Packers over THIS particular decision - something that's been rehashed over and over and over again already - I am going to continue to call you out on it. If you have a problem with a decision that hasn't been rehashed a thousand times already, by all means go ahead and post it. But this one has been covered in it's entirety already. If you let it go, others might do the same. So why don't you try that, okay?

What about the situation continues to make you feel the need to make comparisons in the first place? It is what it is, and people on both sides of the fence have made their opinions known loud and clear. And alone the comparisons don't bother me that much, it's the tone in which those comparisons are presented. That the comparisons are not meant merely to judge one against the other, but to slight the Packers over and over again every time the Jets win.

Notice my post from earlier in the week congratulating Brett on a terrific game against the Patriots, and see how that praise differs from the Favre supporters' praise. It's different in that I basically kept the post to a kind congratulatory post and kept the other side out of it. A Favre supporters post would likely look more like "See, Brett still has plenty in the tank, WTF was TT thinking, Rodgers will never be as good as that, Rodgers will never have that "it" factor we saw from Favre, blah, blah, blah". Can't just comment on Brett's fantasic performance without dragging TT and AR and the Packers into it. Why? All it does is stir shit up anyway, which I think is your actual intent, I'm not sure. Now do you see why people get pissed off when you continue to bring this up? Do you now see why people get tired of this?

Homestead H.S. mascot. 3rd year in a row they meet Arrowhead in the Div. 1 Championship game. It's become quite a rivalry, with Homestead winning 2 years ago 35-0 and Arrowhead winning last year something like 35-7. Today is the rubbermatch.
