In my opinion, most posters don't take anything Nutz posts as being meaningful. Its like the retarded son who occassionally speaks up. Maybe I'm off here but I think the basis for all the bickering is whether you like Favre or not, he now plays for a team that is playing the Packers on Monday night. You can still like Favre but if you side with him and Vikings over the Packers it suggests you're not a Packers fan but a Favre fan who happend to wear green and gold for sixteen years.

Like I said, I like most of the players in Green Bay, I like football that is played in Green Bay. I do not like the coach or the General Manager and at this point I don't much care for the team president either. Basically what all this comotion over the past year or so has done is free me from my Packer homerism. I still enjoy watching the Packers but for different reasons. I am just fine when the win, and not nearly as shitty as I used to be when they lost. when they lose now, I can turn off the tv and go to bed or go do something else. It doesn't ruin my day one bit.

Now for Favre. I decided never to bet against him. I respect him and enjoy him too much as a player to ever root against him.
