Well if McCarthy wants to be like Andy Reid maybe he should get a RB who is a threat out of the backfield and start running some damn screen plays.

It should be. Getting rid of Green a few years ago, and resigning him now which put him AHEAD of Jackson just shows yet another area that TT (mainly) and MM have failed to do the job they are hired to do.

Well where are the screens to take pressure off the pass rush? Yes its MM's fault because he is an average play calling at best and is no where near the level of Andy Reid.

Nah I'm not ready to agree with you here P. If Aaron had a solid OL and was still stinking up the joint then yes. There aren't a whole lot of QB's out there that can consistently be successful with a swiss cheese OL. Is he holding on too long at times? Yep, but you can't put all of this on him. Not even close.
