3) TT is a great talent evaluator, but looks stingy as piss. He ups his own guys with contracts, but doesn't do shit (Woodson and Pickett were deals for him) for FA's.

Pickett's deal was completed while fighting with another team's offer (Buffalo maybe?). Woodson got more money than anyone else was offering at the time, in fact the most common remark (other than "injury") about the signing was "overpaid".

i don't remember woodson having any other serious offers
