Jeff Blumb has apparently confirmed that Breno has eligibility but waldo keeps insisting it can't be true since it's the guys 3rd season.

When is the last time anyone recalls Waldo admitting he was wrong....although I didn't think Breno had PS eligibility either, but I can admit if I am wrong about that.

I think Giacomini does have practice squad eligibility. Eligible players include "free agent players who were on the Active List for fewer than nine regular season games during their only Accrued Season(s)."

Giacomini has been on the Active List for only 1 game, I believe.
