I have no problem with mmdk whatsoever; I am impressed with the guy for his determination to watch Packer games at the crazy hours he does over in Europe. I was just trying to hear a little more about his strong statements. IMHO, this isn't going anywhere. The "investigation" will drag on until its old news, nothing will happen and Favre will eventually get off (no pun intended ).

I'm sure from his perspective, all they have to do is drag it out until the end of the season and then he'll retire and they can't do anything to him then anyway.

Can the league do some CSI techno stuff and zoom in on the penis in the pictures, doing a 3-D rendering with coordinates and all that shit?

Then have Favre come in for an examination so that there can be a clear comparison and thus establish, once and for all, if the penis in question is that of #4?

Geez, who's coordinating that investigation? And can you imagine the meetings the NFL must be having over this? Did George Halas ever think the NFL would someday be investigating its players' penises?
