Brandon Stokley backed out of his verbal agreement with the Skins, which means they may be looking for another WR. But Stokley backed out after the Skins signed other receivers, so a crowded position and the fact that James Jones will command more salary than Stokley makes Washington an unlikely landing place for him.

I agree. I find I'm liking free agency compressed into a three or so day window. It's fascinating to watch team makeups change dramatically.Originally posted by SkinBasket View PostThis is better than a demolition derby. Looks like Cullen Jenkins might not be going to Washington after all. Washington signed Stephen Bowen to a 5-year, 27.5 million dollar contract.

I would love the market to dry up for Jenkins so we could sign him back at an affordable rate. That would really solidify the front line.Originally posted by Joemailman View PostLooks like Cullen Jenkins might not be going to Washington after all. The actual reporters in Twitterverse hae been retweeting someone that the remaining interest in Jenkins would come from the Cowboys and Saints.Bud Adams told me the franchise he admired the most was the Kansas City Chiefs. Then he asked for more hookers and blow.

I'm surprised Jenkins hasn't been offered a larger contract sooner. But I see that John Elway wants to operate just like Daniel Snyder and Jerry Jones (of the last few years) do - brazenly, with little regard for on-the-field results."The Devine era is actually worse than you remember if you go back and look at it."
