Well unless anyone takes issue with it, I'll start with pbmax's first list and start collecting pictures using the ratio I use on my own site: 3:2. Any volunteers for the second list? You don't have to commit to the whole thing but even getting 20 or 30 is a big help.

2) Do the voters weigh different positions as being more important? For example, if you are voting between a QB and a kicker, do you vote for the QB even though the QB is only the 4th best at his position and the kicker might be the best in the league?

1) I'd think it would make more sense to make the list for the top 100 players currently

2) I'm interested to see what people think but I would simply ask the question "Which is currently the better football player?"
