Has happened with Katy Perry, Ke$ha, Mumford and Sons, Coldplay, Blind Melon and The Presidents of the United States of America. Some of these revelations were more welcome than others.

And actually every country artist I know was discovered by me after the fact.

Very nice. I had heard it before, so chalk up another discovery to radio. Odd too, because I seem to spend all my drive on scan, looking for something that isn't terrible.
