    • This is pretty obvious, isn't it? Game is in Indiana, so who else but Indiana's favorite son, John Cougar Mellencamp. He fits the usual protocol of having a long career and being past his prime, but he actually had a pretty good album in 2010 that no one heard, so he still has chops and can put on an energetic show. Mellencamp can also pair pretty well with a female singer with younger appeal -- for me, that would be Missy Elliot, but I could see Adele or someone like that.

Cripes, this is easy, why aren't I running the League?

      • Noodle for King! But if he plays the Chevy commercial song, its on your head
Bud Adams told me the franchise he admired the most was the Kansas City Chiefs. Then he asked for more hookers and blow.

        • Dang, good point, PB. As League Commish, I'd insist on previewing the set list to ensure that worn-out rag of a tune doesn't see the light of day.

                • I'd be OK with the Captain's Obligatory Super Bowl Halftime Show, featuring mainly Packer songs.

You where doing good until you said Missy Elliot, she ain't even fat anymore!! But that Adele chick would work for the international factor. Maybe pair her with E40.
