Not a big fan of Franklin in the 2nd round. Lots of speed, but not very solid in pass pro and receiving. Had fumbling issues in 2011. Rather have Ball or Taylor.

Is this a flavour of WWJD (What would Jesus do?)

I think Jesus would let the draft come to him. And if that means Lacy is a good value right now, he'd go get him!

Philip Thomas is big and a hitter. Great ball hawking skills.

Jennings as a center fielder is very limited.

Sio Moore - move him inside. I think this guy is a hell of a football player.
            Brandon Williams
            Kevin Minter
            Jonathan Hankins
Johnathan Cyprien (didn't look at him much though)
            Quinton Patton
Brian Winters (maybe a 3rd rounder??)

Lot of good talent out there - deep draft.

Everyone is pissin' and moanin' about this being a lackluster draft - but this draft is deep at the grunt positions.

Packers supposedly in love with Minter
Bud Adams told me the franchise he admired the most was the Kansas City Chiefs. Then he asked for more hookers and blow.

I'd like to see a RB high sooner than later. This running back by committee BS is simply that. Give someone the rock and let him make it happen.

Let's not go crazy here... not sure TT will get too carried away retooling the front seven.

I liked what I saw of Christine Michael (he'll likely be on the board a little further down) and Le'Veon Bell... we have Harris, and he's a pretty good scatback - something our offense has been lacking forever.

You have a source on that PB? And what's your take on Minter?

Word on the street is that Minter is a nice thumper and a reliable tackler, but he's got limited range and can't really cover much at all.

And he's short. Isn't that what we basically have already?

I like Minter - I think he's better than both of our ILB's now. I like Sio Moore better.

Minter plays downhill and has better instincts than both of our starting ILB's.

Don't think he can play in the nickel though. I think Sio Moore can stay on the field full time, and he'd be a nightmare coming on the delayed blitz up the middle. Really like Moore, but only if we move him inside.
