Wow. That dude is going to make four million dollars for one year, and he's - at best - very, very meh at his job.Originally posted by Joemailman View PostEric Stokes signs a 1 year, 4M deal with Raiders.
That was a draft pick that seriously did not pan out, and while I am sure many will blame injuries, I can't forget how his play dropped off the table at the beginning of his second season - before he got hurt."The Devine era is actually worse than you remember if you go back and look at it."

Josh Myers signing with J-E-T-S Jets Jets Jets! 1 year, 3.5M. I'm surprised it's that low.
AJ Dillon signing a 1 year deal with Eagles.I can't run no more

Stokes was a bad fit for Barry defense. Injuries didn't help. Dude was in a wheelchair for a while.
Ball skills were never his thing. Better athlete than player, and he was a linear athlete at that.
I could see Pete Carroll doing some good with him in Vegas. GB wasn't bringing him back.
Gute took a swing and missed. They got some value from him, but not a great draft pick and if he could have a do-over I bet he'd pick someone else.
Best of luck to him

Myers signed for 3.5M? Wow, that is low. I wonder if his medicals don't look great? I'd have been ok with them bringing him back for that and letting him compete vs. Monk or Rhyan.Originally posted by Joemailman View PostJosh Myers signing with J-E-T-S Jets Jets Jets! 1 year, 3.5M. Tough player, wish him well.
I bet the Dillon contract is modest as well. Didn't play at all last year and he had year over year declines before that. Kenneth Gainwell signed with PIT, I wonder if Dillon is going to be the 3rd down pass pro guy.

There's going to be a revolving door in Green Bay these next couple years. Lots of decisions to make, especially regarding Walker/Wyatt and Doubs/Watson/Wicks.Originally posted by run pMc View PostNext few years could be crazy with Packers leaving, given all the picks they had in recent drafts"The Devine era is actually worse than you remember if you go back and look at it."

GREAT special teams buy and leader.
He just aged out with Gouchebag's criteria that he wants to GBTERD Buckley over Troy Vincent, Robert Ferguson over Chris Chambers, Kevn King instead of TJ Watt, and now, RICH GANNON, over JIMMY JIMMY JIMMY LEONARD. Thank you FLOWER

I wouldn't address it either if I were him....at least not with the truth. Much like Kapernick who didn't take a knee, but pouted on the bench because he lost his job, Campbell got benched because Greenlaw was back from his achilles. Campbell was pouty about it and when Greenlaw got hurt again refused to go into the game. His logic was that he got disrespected. He was a petulant child. The truth is worse than saying nothing. Kapernick is much smarter as he found a good lie to cover his petulance and turned it into a shit load of money after it was clear you couldn't win with him other than surprising teams or facing an awful packer defensive coordinator.Originally posted by Teamcheez1 View PostDe’Vondre Campbell’s latest musings:
