There was a lot going on with the Sam sack. Sherrod got beat. 2 Packer receivers seem to run into each other in the middle of the field about 7 yards upfield. They were wide open because it was 3rd and 19. After 3 seconds , the LT Adams gets beat which makes it impossible for Flynn to continue rolling left. Flynn should have thrown it to the guys in the middle of the field to set up an easier field goal. A lot to criticize on that play.

I saw the same thing. There's was another play where Bakhtiari was beaten, but Rodgers often makes up for bad blocking. Of course, Bakhtiari had to battle Robert Quinn. Going against a guy like that, I'd expect him to lose the occasional battle.Originally posted by bobblehead View PostThe difference between that sack, and Rodgers scramble for a first down early on wasn't the LT, it was the QB. Bahk was beaten around the outside similar to the way Sherrod was beaten. Difference was the guy with the football."There's a lot of interest in the draft. It's great. I didn't suggest it wasn't bad, he got beat. Flynn had time to step up, throw it, ect, but he got beat. Bahk got beat as well. Bahk got beat on an early running play where RRodgers so effectively pinned his guy inside that Bahk getting beat was covered up.
My point isn't that Sherrod is the second coming, my point is that the gap from bahk to sherrod isn't clifton to newhouse. And of the 2 only 1 has the tools to become a TRUE NFL LT.The only time success comes before work is in the dictionary -- Vince Lombardi
