If running game keeps going, they won't have to.
One time Lombardi was disgusted with the team in practice and told them they were going to have to start with the basics. He held up a ball and said: "This is a football." McGee immediately called out, "Stop, coach, you're going too fast," and that gave everyone a laugh.

John Brown's body is no longer mouldering in the grave, he caught a pass for a first down.
Bud Adams told me the franchise he admired the most was the Kansas City Chiefs. Then he asked for more hookers and blow.

Two score game now. That was a big field goal.

I don't understand. Rams blitz but their CB's are playing 10-12 yards off the WR's. Even the 3rd stringer can throw against that.

The Rams' punter is really good.

Yeah, I am not sure the point of that. Off coverage sure to see the throw, but behind the sticks?

Thought the OPI call would kill that drive but forced Hill to throw something downfield at least.

I like the misdirection. It's effective against an aggressive defense like Cardinals'.

They got to throw it to Mason, not run him.

I'd have gone for the TD. Rams haven't been remotely that close to the end zone all night long. If they miss it, the 3rd string QB has his back to the wall.

You have got to be kidding me about a FG there. For Pete's sake you are not getting that close again. Punch it in or stick the Cards deep. You still need a TD with an offense that has had one drive this half.

Twitter is killing Fisher and its only a matter of time before 4th Down Bot chimes in.

Funny thing is, that this game has a decent chance on ending on something odd, most likely a ST play or turnover. The offenses aren't likely to put the game away, leaving time and chance for a mistake to decide it. Still not a good reason to still be down by six.

I'd be willing to bet that the Rams score a safety with the Cardinals on their own one yard line.
