He's trolling and there are two tells:

      1. Use of "hotshot QB" phrase repeatedly to establish bullshit criteria to measure success. Frames argument on the only turf that is friendly to him. Also meant to distract you from second piece of evidence.

      2. Actual record of success of the idea he is promoting.

Kerry Collins was the last Big 10 QB drafted in the first round.
        Before him, it was Harbaugh.

Let that sink in for a bit.
But college is different than pros, so draft round is a poor measure. How many first round draft picks won National Championships? Not Manning, not Leaf, not Rodgers, not Big Ben, not Marmalard Rivers, not Manning Jr., not Hotshot Tannehill.

Those that did: Matt Leinart and Vince Young.

NFL QBs not drafted in first round with Super Bowl wins: Brady, Flacco, Wilson, Brees, Brad Johnson, Warner, Favre, etc.

Flacco was a first round pick for Baltimore.
But Rodgers leads the league in frumpy expressions and negative body language on the sideline, which makes him, like Josh Allen, a unique double threat.

              Go Queens, Whiners and Pokes?

No help there unless someone pulls out an improbable upset.

Go Queens. I have a feeling the Pack is going to lose, so Minny could help if its defense can smother Megatron/Stafford/Tate and Teedy - and/or the defense - can get his team in the end zone a few times.

I truly believe the Vikings can beat the Lions. They've been playing some good ball lately.

And I believe I have a shot with Jennifer Lawrence as I've been working out a lot lately. Hope is a good thing, I guess - no matter how hopeless a situation.

Honestly, Vikes have some good young players. Time to take notice.

They are also down 4 starters, including 3 who were real impact players.....I know for the first time in a long time the Vikings are younger than the Pack. I really like the coaching staff they brought in.

Dammit, can't stand to watch other games when the Packers lose. Can't stand to watch sports shows also. Ditto, playing Madden.

O well, Netflix finally added the 3rd season of American Horror Story, so off I go.

                              Det 7

If these scores hold up the Packers will be no worse off than when the day started.
