Fisher might be worried about the Cardinal run game. They are averaging 4.9 ypc and have over 100 yards. Its the one thing working on offense in this game.
Bud Adams told me the franchise he admired the most was the Kansas City Chiefs. Then he asked for more hookers and blow.

True, but now his offense has to take it 80 yards to pay dirt. Good luck with that. Maybe he'll make me eat crow. Fisher is one good coach.
One time Lombardi was disgusted with the team in practice and told them they were going to have to start with the basics. He held up a ball and said: "This is a football." McGee immediately called out, "Stop, coach, you're going too fast," and that gave everyone a laugh.

But like a lot of HC's from a defensive background, he is scared to death of offense and is ultra conservative. He would rather pull fake FGs and punts than be creative on offense. Former D coordinators seem to organize their offense around ideas they fear they are unprepared for. But its a terrible idea to base the entire O on that. See Ryan, Rex.

He's caught a few tonight. He's pretty tough.

Shaun Hill recalling his glory days with the Lions passing on the Packers like he was Paul Justin!

Even a fake FG in that situation would have worked for me.

And Cards win. Arians must really fun to play for.

BTW, Potrykus is saying Paul Chryst will be the new Badger Football Head Coach.

Here we go with laterals and laterals.

Say hello 7 more years of shitty quarterbacks.

If Wisconsin wants a 5-star QB to come to their program, they need an offensive-minded HC with NFL coaching experience.

Shoulda gone with Bevell or Sherman.

So Seattle gets to play Arizona with the 3rd or 4th string Cardinal QB under center. Poor guy is in for a world of hurt.

Peter King applauded the decision to kick a FG. I wonder what he now thinks of the options:

Try for TD on 4th and less than 1 with 6 minutes on clock, get ball back around midfield for FG with under 2 minutes left.

Pray for Shaun Hill passing magic at mid-field with under 2 minutes left.

Their second half schedule has gone well for them. Offense is struggling though.
