Playoff games are not all QB, just as comebacks are not all QB either.

He is good, I just don't know if its barely above average or slightly below franchise.

IMO, Romo during the bulk of his career was a franchise-caliber QB. To me, any QB who is one of the top 8 in the league is a franchise-caliber QB.

As you point out, the Cowboys biggest issues have been defensively over the bulk of the last 2 decades. However, Romo has played poorly in the postseason too. He's not a guy that steps up his game in the postseason...and that is a knock against him.
