It incredibly sounds like you are comparing me as well as yourself and the rest of Rats posters to media pukes. Sheeeesh. Those bastards actually get paid - sadly. They also have hugely much more access to people reading what they have to say - you and I get read by ...... you and I, and a fairly tiny number of other people going to this website.
As for it being to our benefit when there is an interview or whatever between coaches, players, staff, etc. and those media pukes, a big whatever to that. If it is proven to be direct quotations from the team personnel or proven facts like statistics, personnel moves, yes, but only to the extent the same info isn't available somewhere else (I get most of my info from Joe in here hahahaha - thanks BTW).
