Now you're thinking like a GB GM! :POriginally posted by Charles Woodsonbut wouldnt winning games hurt our draft pick status... That must be TT's motiveOriginally posted by retailguyTRADE? WHY? The draft is coming. We'll address this "problem" with one of our 237 draft picks.Originally posted by RIPackerFanSorry - I don't see a big trade made by TT - even in the worst case scenario for Driver.
Cuts are coming and I am sure that he will pick up a veteran or two when those happen.
Just don't see him doing anything major right now.
But don't worry. We'll win "some" games.
Our team just got younger.... The 32 yr old goes to IR, there must be a 16yr old somewhere who needs a job.

I just did that myself......I know firsthand since I still have the damn problem. Of course I didnt have top trainers helping me, Driver has the best. Sprained foot is tearing the small ligaments holding the foot bones together and it friggen hurts and takes weeks to heal.
They come in degrees so it could be a lesser injury or something else altogether.

'lo all!
I'm joining this game from Russia! Just got online, and reading back through the thread to see what's been going on.
Anyone care to sum it up for me in 50 words or less? The box score is telling me that Favre had an ok night, we can't run for shit, our OL is taking a beating and our DL isn't getting to the QB. However, we're only down by 4 against a pretty good team that's playing its starters, right?--
Imagine for a moment a world without hypothetical situations...

Is Brandon Jackson to blame?
A question from a blogger:
Does it look like it's Jackson's fault that the run game is so poor. He sure looks tentative on tv?
MIKE VANDERMAUSE: Brandon Jackson had just four yards on four carries in the first quarter. For the half, he has 10 yards on 8 carries. Those numbers aren't pretty, and I would agree Jackson is somewhat tentative. The Packers have essentially gone to the air to move the ball. Part of the reason is Jacksonville's defense was ranked fourth in the NFL last season against the rush. The Jags are a tough team to run against, and the Packers are finding that out.
It didn't help the Packers that starting guard Jason Spitz went down in the first half with a calf injury.
Jackson is having a tough go, but I don't put all the blame on him. He at least managed to rush for a 1-yard TD late in the half.
