Crazy bad luck. Who'd he kill in a past life?Originally posted by Lurker64Good thing nobody claimed Jarius Wynn. If it's an ACL, this is probably the end of the line for Justin. Too bad, seemed like an affable enough guy... just had shit luck.Originally posted by denverYooperHarrell thinks he tore his ACL, as per Demovski
Harrell played ok, too...The measure of who we are is what we do with what we have.

Pelissero actually started out here in the Twin Cities for KFAN. He moved to the GBPG and has now moved back to the Twin cities.Originally posted by Lurker64New Sports Talk radio station station started up in the Twin Cities, they were hiring away all sorts of talent from everybody in the Midwestern Sports media who weren't considered key assets by their former employers.
But, really, it's not as though "reporting on a team" makes you a fan of that team. I doubt Bedard is a fan of the Packers. Probably most sports reporters aren't fans of any particular team."There's a lot of interest in the draft. It's great. Clouds were piling up in the west… Vince Lombardi frowned.

1500 AM in the Twin Cities switched formats from Conservative Talk to Sports Talk, they've had the Twins games for the past couple years and they just partnered with ESPN a few months ago.Originally posted by HowardRoarkWhat is the new station up here?Originally posted by HarveyWallbangersPelissero actually started out here in the Twin Cities for KFAN. Other teams make fun of you if you don't trot out 11 guys on field goal attempts.Originally posted by channthemanOkay, why for ANY reason is your most fragile fucking player on the field for a field goal?Originally posted by gbgaryDammit...on a field goal.Originally posted by denverYooperHarrell thinks he tore his ACL, as per Demovski</delurk>

Harrel is the only other player we could have used on the field goal team?Originally posted by Lurker64Other teams make fun of you if you don't trot out 11 guys on field goal attempts.Originally posted by channthemanOkay, why for ANY reason is your most fragile fucking player on the field for a field goal?Originally posted by gbgaryDammit...on a field goal.Originally posted by denverYooperHarrell thinks he tore his ACL, as per Demovski

Well, generally field goal attempts are staffed with pretty much all the big men who aren't starters. Since Harrell was a backup, he qualified. If one of the backup big guys goes out, you need to put one of the non-backup big guys in. It would have been a hell of a lot worse if the Packers had lost Ryan Pickett on a FG than if they lost Justin Harrell.Originally posted by channthemanHarrel is the only other player we could have used on the field goal team?Originally posted by Lurker64Other teams make fun of you if you don't trot out 11 guys on field goal attempts.Originally posted by channthemanOkay, why for ANY reason is your most fragile fucking player on the field for a field goal?Originally posted by gbgaryDammit...on a field goal.Originally posted by denverYooperHarrell thinks he tore his ACL, as per Demovski

um, but the ground can't cause a fumble. The ball popped out when he brought it down to the ground.Originally posted by ThunderDanIt would be called a fumble in the field of play. So he had to have possesion to make it a fumble which would end the play in the end zone and should be a TD.Originally posted by ThunderDanApparently not!Originally posted by GuinessJust saw the Calvin Johnson play.
Two feet down and both hands on the ball...is the play not over at that point???
Damn is this confusing!--
Imagine for a moment a world without hypothetical situations...

Any news from GB on Grant. M3 mentioned Harrell has a 'serious injury' - i.e., ACL.
Jenkins did break his hand - so he'll play w/ a cast/club the whole year. The measure of who we are is what we do with what we have.
