The offense will not be as high octane as they would be with Finley causing headaches for D-Coordinators this year IMO. They may get better but I doubt they'll be blowing many teams out. We'll just have to live with that I'd say.

But the defense is doing a great job mixing it up and getting the job done.

This win won't tell you how good they can be, the offense faced a seriously talented D and struggled at times.

But it shows they can play smart football. No turnovers, net TO positive and few penalties. Masthay was the icing on that boring win cake.

And it came against a team some think is the best in the league. Not so much.

was nice to watch a game w/o getting pissed because I had no expectations of winning or really having a shot to simply because I expected NYJ to run all over that front 7.

Rodgers didn't have a great day, but he didn't give the ball up either. That's all they needed from him today.

AR did right and just enough vs Jets rhino defense; I'm baffled by JJ as he's becoming Fergy V 2.0 before my eyes.

yeah his WR's aren't doing him any favors. lots of drops and problems getting on the same page. Yeah I'm looking at you JJ.

5-3 at the halfway mark is a beautiful thing with all the adversity we've faced so far. I figure if we can at least repeat that the second half we should win the division. We can take care of the Bears when next we meet and the Lions really have no shot. In order for the Vikings to reach that record they would have to win 8 of their last 10 games.
